AI Transparency Notice
Effective: 2026-08-27
Regulatory basis: EU AI Act Art 50 & Art 52, FTC AI transparency guidance, UK OSA §12.
1 · Every Trinity creation is AI-generated
Trinity Studio uses generative AI to compose lyrics, music, and video. This is a Limited-Risk system under EU AI Act Art 3.
Every generated asset carries an ai_disclosure metadata field with the exact text:
"AI-generated with Trinity Engine — Masters Global Inc."
This field is embedded in the exported file's metadata (ID3 for audio, XMP for video, EXIF for cover art) and is visible in the app's "Details" pane on every track.
2 · Human oversight
- Every generation the platform ships is initiated by a human user who has consented to Trinity's Terms.
- No autonomous agents create content on Trinity's behalf.
- Users may accept, edit, or discard any output.
3 · Voice cloning (Deepfake disclosure)
If a generation uses a voice clone, the metadata is additionally stamped:
"Contains synthetic voice · voice_clone=true · consent_id=<uuid>"
The voice clone can only be produced with an active consent record in Trinity's voice_consents collection. Consent requires:
1. Positive affirmation ("I own this voice OR have written permission from the voice owner").
2. Contact details of the voice owner if it isn't the user themselves.
3. A copy of the consent form (uploaded or acknowledged as embedded in the terms).
Any generation without a matching active consent is refused.
4 · Training-data transparency
Trinity does not train foundation models. It calls third-party providers (Suno V5, Udio V2, Sora 2, Gemini, Claude, ElevenLabs, Kits AI) each of whom publishes their own training-data policy.
Trinity does not use your prompts, lyrics, or generations to train any model — theirs or ours — without your explicit opt-in. The default is opt-out.
5 · Provenance
On P1 roadmap: C2PA content-credentials signing at export time so every downstream player can verify Trinity produced the asset.
